We are eager to welcome you in person and embark on this exhilarating journey together in the heart of Cuenca. Skills and Qualities Required Active Listener Decision-maker Tech-savvy KPI-oriented Punctual Energetic Articulate English Level C1 or C2 The ideal candidate's profile for this role combines exceptional professionalism and independent thinking. You will be expected to make intelligent decisions for the customer within seconds. Of course, you must be an outstanding listener to understand the customer's needs appropriately. You will be expected to have an organized work ethic, respecting others and your time.We are currently looking to fill both afternoon and evening shifts. A Day at the Job You can deal with inbound Customer Service and business support calls with quality responses and volume. Display positive energy and stay motivated while working out complex problems for customers. Display active listening, interjecting, and paraphrasing customer requests to confirm and specify needs. Use SOPs as guidelines while making confident decisions to benefit customers and acting upon them. Be ready to help customers with their problems on our digital self-service platform. Display self-motivation to achieve assigned targets, organizational goals, and objectives Meet all KPIs for CSRs: quality, average handle time, and schedule compliance.
